The interventions are septoplasty, chonca surgery, fix down technique, radix reduction, osteoplasty, maxilloplasty, ST flap technique, lateral steal, medial overlapping, keystone strut grafting, SMASectomy, dissection and application of levator alaque nasi muscle, maxillary augmentation, and double layer grafting.
